I just received my order to day and am writing straight away to tell you how disappointed i was with the prada style jacket.

I have attached images of what I ordered and what actually came .

There are no white marks on any buttons or on the cuff and that was the main reason i ordered this entire collection.

The jacket has lost its complete character with th white buttons and white cuffs on the sleeves

If you are shipping with the correct design then I would not have ordered this jacket as its a complete disappointment without the white paint look at all images provided and see my complaint.

I would like a replacement sent with white painted cuffs, I am dedicated follower of fashion and that is why i ordered the jacket s i loved its look the one you sent me is missing the paint of buttons and cuffs and its needs it.

Please confirm what you can do and how you can make sure that the replacement jacket comes with white paint on the buttons and cuff of the sleeves as the picture.

I look forward to your earliest reply.

As a keen follower of your brand I am disappointed with this jacket and require a replacement that actually looks like the photo attached and not what was sent.
